This started at a session Phones Sportsmanhad with his ex bandmate from Swell Maps 'Jowe Head' in 2009. It lay unreleased for years until this album was being recorded at which point The NoMen took it into the studio and re-did the music taking a bass line from Jowe Head's 'Swiss Air' as the basis of the song.
